Construction/Refurbishment Projects:

• Soundproofing with mineral wool between the ground floor and first floor

• Installing new flooring (hardwood floor / tiles / floor tiles / carpet)

Price: Starting from £199.900 + Vat

Duration of the project:  165-175 working days

Payment method:  30% paid up front, 30% after the first fitting, 30% after the second firing and 10% at the completion of the project.

* Each extra work requested by customers during the project will be notified on time and price will be sent in writing within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the project. The requested changes will start only after the customer’s approval and they will be added to the initial quote.

* All works are executed according to a written contract, which includes all the details of the project and final prices.

Here are the steps that we take when it comes to building your dream house. We prepare the site and pour in the foundation. After the concrete cures, we apply a waterproofing membrane to the foundation walls, install the sewer, drains and water taps and any other plumbing that will have to go into the first-floor slab or basement. After the first inspection from the city inspector, we will complete the floor, walls and roof systems.

We then complete the rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Sewer lines and vents, as well as water supply lines for each fixture, are installed. We also put in place Bathtubs and one-piece shower/tub units because we have more room to maneuver large, heavy objects. The duct work will be installed fro ventilation, heating and HVAC.

Services & Business London, together with its partners, takes care of everything that has to be done from removing a throwing away old furniture, demolish and completely renovating apartments, houses, shops and offices, setting up the necessary installations, to assembling new furniture and final clean up.

After we install the roof, the house is considered dried in. an electrician will install lights and switches, receptacles for outlets, and will run wires from the breaker panel to each receptacle. The next step is to install insulation and to complete the drywall and interior textures. The primer coat of paint is also applied after taping is complete. We start installing exterior finishes such as brick, stucco, stone and siding.

Then we install interior doors, door castings, baseboards, moldings, window sills, stair balusters and other decorative trim (cabinets, vanities, fireplace, etc). Walls get a finish coat of paint or wallpaper. Ceramic tile, vinyl and wood flooring, counter tops, light fixtures, outlets and switches, sinks, toilets and faucets, mirrors, and shower doors and carpeting are installed the last. A building-code official completes a final inspection and issues a certificate of occupancy.
